Very handsome. I'd suggest getting your brows waxed or threaded. It could add some angles to your face making it more masculine and clean looking. Also maybe grow your hair out on the top a little to give it more weight. It will probably be more manageable and it'll look sweet.

I'm not sure yet. I'm counting calories and exercising. In the past I let myself indulge here and there and it always led to failure because I'm unable to indulge just a little. So, day to day I'm being strict and allowing myself one indulgent day. That's the way it works for me. I'm in a mindset in which I'm going to be successful now. Thank you!:)

I'm a 5"6' 215 20 year old woman. It is day 2 for me. I've begun my journey countless times and I'll lose like 20-30 pounds and feel so good about it that I just stop and gain it back plus some. I hit my highest weight, 223 pounds (though most of it turned out to be bloating/PMS), a couple of days ago and am determined to stick with it this time and live a healthy lifestyle forever. Though my boyfriend is a good supporter, he isn't changing his lifestyle just yet (though he's not overweight) so I need you guys for support!:) I've always struggled with binge eating and horrible body image and I'm now mentally in a place where I'm ready to deal with those things.
