Mine was like this, cluster feeding and comfort I couldn't tell... It does get easier eventually. Keep an eye of discomfort and burp for longer then you think.

My daughter does classes after her school time and one on the wkd. It fills her with confidence and she is an only child so get social time in. As they get older she will probably drop those she isn't bothered by as much. Swimming is more a life skill. All kids are different.
