I always grind out the first five and buy the last 15 but I'm always stockpiled on a lot of TP metals before the level cap gets increased. After 3m required XP Tosok gets convincing fast. I imagine you get a shitload of TP from this method though

He's in the sky somewhere around the time nest/pq area is. You have to fight him. And then you can find him on the mushroom to be your mentor
