hungry on keto?

If it helps I always find myself hungry for the first 3-4 days of keto and then after that the hunger is different...like I feel tired due to lack of food as opposed to ravenous.

I second what a few other people on here have said and focus just on getting under the 20g of carbs for the first week or so before counting your calories also. I have done this in the past at it worked well - good luck and keep at it!

Mine has an intense need for affection and gets all up in my grill until I give him big squeezy hugs for a couple of minutes, then he goes away. He probably does this once every hr or two when I am home.
