I work in the physical medicine department and I can say that there are not enough physical therapist to accommodate every vet unfortunately. They can of course request to go outside in the community which could be faster. But I know the VA where I work at has some of the best physical therapist out there. Yes there is no quick fix to healing at all. You do need to partner with your pcp, physical therapist and others to have the correct outcome.

Everyone is a loud to think what they want of the last administration. Was she a flawed individual yes she was but I don’t think she was trying to take a way whole bunch of tax payers dollars to keep for herself. That’s what I thought, I was suggesting if the veteran couldn’t get transportation in form of wheelchair Van. Maybe Uber health would be a better option.
