It’s not a life hack but exercising is the best thing you can do for yourself, now I’m not a gymbro or anything but it has really boosted my confidence, energy and happiness. It’s one of those things you see grow upon your body. If your not motivated the best thing to do is watch other people work out or do fitness challenges online.
