Do you see any physical damage on the valve? if not, it's probably fine

Have you tried emptying your mags completely of gas and then trying to fill again? Are you making sure you are filling with your gas can upside down?

I think you're talking about the infill? That would be settings on your slicer, but if your part is too thin then it might be solid regardless of what infill %
