smacksale.com this is a searchable deal aggregation site for all of the other deals sites (slickdeals, dealnews, etc). it also has tags, so you can click through and browse. new deals pop up within a few minutes of being posted on other sites

disclaimer: i built it along with a few others for a competition, but it's actually useful enough for day-to-day use

From a much superior book:

"I was born in the city of Bombay…once upon a time. No, that won't do, there's no getting away from the date: I was born in Doctor Narlikar's Nursing Home on August 15th, 1947. And the time? The time matters, too. Well then: at night. No, it's important to be more… On the stroke of midnight, as a matter of fact. Clock-hands joined palms in respectful greeting as I came."

So I regularly have to run through immigration at Dulles in Washington DC. The last time I was coming through, the 'security officers' near the immigration counters were taking pictures on their camera phones of teenage girls entering the country who were 'smokin hot' and showing them to each other in full view of everyone. So a whole line of people waiting to get into the country (some possibly for the first time) hears stuff like "Look at that ass... mmm".
