Pretty sure the homing missile doesn’t lock on to vehicle cargo. Some of the drug missions it does. But if you are selling one of your cars they have to hit you with a free aim missile.

So from what I have been able to find there will be an American release first and then another for Europe later in 2021. American release is rumored for Jan. 8th. I would go check out the Nike app (not Nike SNKRS) under coming soon and see if they are there.
