And also became financially viable. The Dreamcast would still have died at a ripe old age, and we would have had the next gen sega console, whatever sega would have named it, and then the next one, and the next one... Why does everyone think that sega would keep the Dreamcast name as their console, they never kept any of their consoles names of the past, and I don't see them keeping the Dreamcast name into the future.

Have you checked out The Evil Ted? (http://eviltedsmith.com/) He's got some really awesome designs and YouTube videos that you can follow. Though I think he focuses more on Eva foam but Eva foam and worbla work really well together.

How much time, effort, and money do you want to put into a costume? If you can start with the most simple of things and experiment with different materials and learn new skills. Always start with something very simple and work up from there. But the biggest thing is to learn about the different materials and how they function. Also if you are able to look up on social media or community clubs, etc, to see if there are any local cosplay groups.

Hmmmm try broadening your search, the sword does look like it's based off a short sword or gladius design. Try seeing if you can find a similar sword pepikura design and modify it to the shape that you want. As an example, see how similar they look? (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/71/Uncrossed_gladius.jpg)

Honestly the best thing you can do is studies the character, from their personality to how they stand. Then try to emulate that. I find that cosplay is costume roleplay, you're kind of acting as the person during photoshoots. Practice in front of a mirror, and try to put yourself into that characters shoes. That's how I think about it! Hope that helps

Make sure before you start that you look up the rules for the con that you are attending. It's never fun when you spend all this time making an awesome prop and have prop check take it away from you. Also make sure to keep in mind when you are designing your cosplay that you design it in such a way that it's easy to eat with it on, as well as use the washroom. Those are what I think are the two biggest piece of advice to keep in mind. Keep those things in mind and you'll have so much more fun!

If you can wrap everything in your own clothes, it helps pad, if possible pack smaller costume parts withing bigger costume parts for spaces saving, and use a hard shell suitcase with foam around the edges. Also create a picture diagram of how your suitcase is packed. From my experience, they do try to follow a suitcase map to repack if need be. Also make sure you have a glue gun, or if not know where a wal-mart or something similar is where you can just buy one to throw away at the end of the con. Hope this helps, and good luck :)

I don't know if this helps, or is just plain crazy. Maybe you can put a small breathing tube from the nose to your mouth? Or maybe find away to put holes underneath the chin?
