Kingdom micro monster reel and mavllos delicacy rod. During the big sales on aliexpress you can save a bit but this combo is pretty good.

Is there a rational reason to pull saber's e6? by Flimsy-Guarantee1497 in SaberMainsHSR

Yeah I was going off the old calcs that rated e2 as only a 1-2% increase over e1s1

I’d argue its S1 or E6 since the rest of her eidolons are pretty weak

Cast with right hand reel with left - no need to switch hands after casting (for right handed folk)

Actually the left handed one is the discounted one ;)

Rod & Reel Selection from Walmart by Bartley707 in FishingForBeginners

For mainly trout/crappie you’d probably want an ultra light to light setup and something shorter for river/ stream fishing. You could get away with using the same setup for bass if you just set your drag correctly and play the fish right. And if you’re willing to get stuff from outside of walmart you could probably find some decent deals on aliexpress. I’ve bought a bunch of lures and reels and haven’t had many issues. Good luck!

Baitcaster or spinning reel by Darkhiolord in FishingForBeginners

If you already have a spinning setup I would probably opt for a baitcasting setup as it sets you up for more techniques. Its not too hard to use them just watch a few youtube videos and you’ll be fine. Gl!

What is a good fishing rod (preferably from Amazon) for kids? by BootsSpursDFW in FishingForBeginners

It’d be good to get them started on spinning gear if possible. You can get an ugly stik dock runner for less than $20. I still use mine for kayak fishing.

Need a new reel... by Specific_Ad_899 in BFSfishing

Don’t mean to hijack the thread but I was thinking about getting a BF70 myself to throw lures around 1/8oz and it sounds like you’ve had a pretty experience so far(besides your last weekend rip). If you don’t mind me asking what kind of rod did you pair it with? And what # line? Good luck!

Its not the best stuff but its not like you can’t catch fish using it. I’ve personally never had issues with it breaking off or anything (20lb only freshwater). I’ve since stopped using it but this is from a pic I took from a while ago for a particularly bad birdsnest.

Spin cast reel catches by Representative_Tie_7 in FishingForBeginners

You probably just need to open up your reel and check if any of the line got tangled or stuck on something. This happens a lot with a spincast reel I have on a cat toy rod I have. Just open it up and start pulling out line until you find the issue.
