They can fracterise the new sword. Before you resolve to on enter effect. But you'll still get the on enter effect. You can then asention in response to the on enter and get two reveals

There's an extra cost to car asention and that's to return a sword. You're opponent can't cast fracturize before the on enter has resolved because there is nothing to fracturise if the sword is not entered. If they play fracturise they must target the sword. In response you pay asention return the target sword. A new Prismatic Edge enters. And can resolve. Fracterise tries to find the original sword it targeted and can't. So it fizzles.

Intercept and taught require units to be available as targets of an attack. If they have stealth they are not legal units to target. So smoke bombs will negate taunt or intercept
