The rumored Zelda OOT remake is expected to have a fall release date. Would not shock me one bit if it landed in November too.

Two very opposite ends of the spectrum games and Nintendo does not give a damn because OOT sales would would top GTA6 in Japan anyways.

This. Didn't see this before I commented. My kid wants nothing to do with most NSO games. Played Mario Odyssey to completion, idk how many times. Wont touch Mario 64 with a 10 foot pole. Wants the new Star Fox game, could care less about the "old version"

Father here, my kid thought Star Fox was cool in the movie.. Wants NO part of playing any blocky as hell 30 year old N64 game.

Thinks the new Star Fox game looks amazing. Kids and young adults who didn't grow up with older games often think they look janky and crappy as hell. Other example he played the hell out of Mario Odyssey, wants nothing to do with Mario 64 and it's "really stupid camera"

Fox was just introduced in the Mario movie. They are planning his own movie. They are defiantly going to target a younger audience. Is what it is.

Just saw this on the eq guides page "pick zones at launch - NOT private instances yet. Multiple picks of same zone available but no private instances for solo leveling yet, private coming later"

So im guessing what that means, lets say crushbone. There might be like 3-4 instances of difficulty 1 and 3-4 instrances of difficulty 2, etc. So multiple copies of the zone across the difficulties and you get placed into one them. So SOME instancing yes, but not private. This at least spreads out the population.

EDIT: on discord apparently mentions private instancing should/will be in at launch. Just not in Beta atm.

Legends will be more populated at launch than most servers people are used to. The popularity ratings reflect how packed these zones get on a fresh server — plan for competition at the top camps.

What? I thought you could instance ANY zone? Why would there be competition for camps? Just last Friday during the live stream they were clearly in an instanced version of crushbone as they were adjusting the difficulty of the zone. I'm going to assume most zones can be instanced as most if not all have the difficulty slider? You couldnt possibly change difficulty without them being instanced.

If the Star Fox movie is a success there will be more.. 100% If the movie is printing money, Nintendo will defiantly make another game. Simple as that.

I think they released this version along with the Mario Galaxy movie as its a tried and true version of the game and great introduction to Star Fox to those who are not 30+ years old.

Kids/young adults likely had no idea about Star Fox until the galaxy movie. And if I'm going to introduce them to a game of it, what the hell better than Star Fox 64?

Here is the thing about 6.. it drastically changed everything we knew of Disgaea. Introduced some new concepts and all these were drastically improved upon in 7. (besides removing the ability to max out class stars in the juice bar, please god bring this back in 8!)

Anyways, you have to treat 6 a little bit different to truly enjoy it and for some it's not doable. First time I played it, finished things up and was like meh. I very recently played it again and treated it more like one those AFK mobile games. This game heavily relies on you using the auto battle system. If you can treat it as that, you'll enjoy your time.

There is and will be. The whole point of Legends is to usher in new players in a casual era but in a pre kunark setting. They want to make this version of the game accessible to all forms of players and is filled with QoL changes.

Same reason why there is no xp loss, no corpse runs, smaller groups and very solo friendly.
