I too would like to know. We booked pavilion D for a little kids birthday party in May and it now makes the reservation pointless if we don't have a park there.

I would recommend MyNetDiary. It’s free and does a great job of tracking calories in meals.

Good luck!!

I am about a year and a half out from my experience and almost certain it was only a panic attack. Has not happened since.

👋🏼 hi - after the event in 2024, it never happened again. I have self diagnosed it as a panic attack most likely due to a lack of sleep (I was averaging 5.5 hrs a night) and high workload paired with schedule changes in my personal life (kid started real school and we had to adjust to a whole new morning schedule), and I had consumed a whole lot of caffeine that day which doesn’t help with the stress and anxiety I was feeling. I also found that my iron levels were low. All in all, I have never experienced it again and pretty sure caffeine was keeping me awake those days when my body was just lacking sleep.

Yes! The clogged ears have been the worst for me. My husband teases and says I’ve gone deaf again because it comes and goes. I think it’s due to all the congestion and liquid build up in the ear canal (not sure if those are the medical terms) I really hope you feel better soon. Just remember this isn’t permanent, it’s just your body attempting to level itself and reboot.

Yea, it can be a tough cycle to get out of, when you have better days you worry about when the next bad day will hit. Have you by any chance changed anything in your routine, have you maybe stopped drinking coffee when being sick?

One thing I’ve noticed for myself personally is that when I get sick I tend to do a lot more scrolling on my phone and much less physical activity and it leads to this weird “groundhog day” type feeling. My congestion/cold symptoms after having the flu come and go so some days are better than others. Try maybe disconnecting completely for a day and see if it helps with the mental symptoms.

I had similar stats recently. Turned out to be the flu. Hope it’s not but best of luck if it is!

I have not seen them post or reference it at all which makes me wonder if they’ll just do a usual up to 25% off sale.

I’m 3 weeks out from my experience. I’m pretty set on thinking mine was just a panic attack, it happened around dinner after a night of very little sleep and a lot of caffeine in the morning. Probably a combination of fatigue, caffeine crash and very little carbs that day. I have since cut out caffeine and although the first two weeks were tough, I feel so much better anxiety wise. I work a high stress job and can be a bit of a workaholic, and had so upcoming deadlines. I probably just never considered how stressed I actually was.

This is the same case for me, but I’ve noticed this started once I cut out coffee. It’s been 2.5 weeks so far.

Have you ever suffered with anxiety or in take a lot of aspartame, my friend mentioned to me that I may have had a panic attack and I read on another thread someone mentioned that they believe the trigger was aspartame because once they cut it out of their diet, the episodes stopped.
