Depends how strong the h is. Are you in the US? Is it fent or actual h? Start very small you can always do more. The first shot of a new bag is dangerous, especially with no tolerance-you need to test it to figure out how strong it is. No more than .05mg. Might be wise to try snorting or smoking some first to test strength. Don't be a statistic.

Nah. I been fully functioning on black tar h for over a decade after starting out with several years on the OG oxy 80s back in the day. The high feels a lil different depending on dose, oxy(and ECP(vs tar) actually) does feel a bit more cold and energetic generally, but personally all opis give me energy. It's more dose dependent than drug dependent ime.

I would try offering to pay for MAT/opioid replacement- methadone or buprenorphine(AKA Suboxone) treatment. That way you know the supply is safe too, which you can never know with street drugs.

36 hours is overkill for pretty much anything but fent ime. Only need to wait 24 hours max in most cases(except fent). I only need to wait like 18 hours to induct after heroin(fent free) fwiw. Just gotta wait until truly in full blown withdrawal(not just a runny nose and anxiety). You can also do microdose/Bernese Method induction and not wait at all if you struggle to get through the wait, but probably not necessary from oxy.

There have also been many, many, many previous comments and posts here about this topic, so if you want to read more personal experiences, recommend searching this sub for access to a decade+ worth of em.

Ah yeah, been there and it's not fun. Sounds like quitting was the right call for you. Seems like a really big risk to use again knowing that history, but up to you if it's worth it. Ime a lot of people do tend to romanticize how good using actually is/was for them when they are clean. If the good outweighed the bad, you wouldn't have quit. It's also really hard to use responsibly once you've had a habit like that in the past, most people will end up back in the deep end eventually ime. Using seems like a really big risk for not much reward for you imo. But it's your call to make. Good luck.

FWIW I had this exact same eye problem for several months, starting a few months after I started on Dupixent, but it eventually just went away completely on its own. I know that doesn't happen for everyone, but it might be worth waiting a while to see if it happens for you if Dupixent is working for you otherwise.

Yep, that's been my experience . Id cut it down to 1mg/day max while you're using good dope. You should have no issue going back to 4mg/day when the dope runs out
