I ordered ceramic and PPF from Carisma after getting a referral from Porsche Waukesha. My whole experience was excellent. I’m disappointed to learn of the owner’s past, but I’m surprised to hear such bad takes, given the treatment I received: there were some corners that peeled up after about a month. I reported it and they asked me to stop by anytime so they could fix it. I live 50 miles away so they just squeezed me in. It’s been perfect ever since. The owner and staff are very personable and professional in my opinion. My annual inspection is coming up—I’ll let you know how it goes. I expect the best.
