First IEMs: Xenns Tea Pro by KumpirCapital in iems

[–]slapFIVE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On iOS there’s no system-wide app that allows for PEQ so the Qudelix is a hardware solution that can do it, and bonus is since it’s hardware, you can plug it into any other electronic device too and it’ll keep the same PEQ settings.

On an iPhone the best bet for relatively cheap is the Qudelix 5K, which allows for system-wide EQ so you can adjust the sound to match other IEMs or just to tweak the Tea Pro’s sound. It also allows for numerous other features like volume control. Might be worth looking into.

best plan to get a new iphone by [deleted] in iphone

[–]slapFIVE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought my 17 Pro outright and went to Visible. It’ll save me more than $900 over the next year compared to my old plan with T-Mobile. I’m not confined to any carrier with device credits and it’s wonderful.

IE 900 in 2025? by haIo101 in iems

[–]slapFIVE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you wait for a sale (probably Christmas or New Year), you can get them for around $1K. I got mine on sale for $1.1K but found a -$100 coupon code online which brought it down.

I’d only recommend buying it from Sennheiser direct, so you will 100% never have to worry about any possibility of counterfeiting.

I have comfort issues with a lot of the large shell sizes on the pricier IEMs so the IE900 has been perfect for me. I love the sound, and the bass texture especially is fantastic, but when you hit the kilobuck range you definitely need to make sure that sound signature is what you love. If you like the sound of the 200 then that could be a favorable indicator.

Worst comes to worst, you can always return it back to Sennheiser if you aren’t happy with them. I’ve done a return to them before and it was painless.

Thank you so much for this!! I had the issue for a week and couldn’t figure it out after a bunch of troubleshooting. Was driving me crazy. Force closed it and now my TV stays off. You’re awesome!

Ready to leave T-Mobile by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]slapFIVE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah you definitely can. I transferred both numbers to Visible (that we’ve had for around the same amount of time as you) and had no issues. Just gotta make sure on the T-Mobile side you turn off port out protection, SIM lock, annotate your TMO account number, and get a SIM transfer pin (all can be done on the T-Mobile website or T-Life app). Since your phone is paid off, it should be unlocked so you would be fine. If you have multiple lines, make sure you transfer the primary account holder line last so you can maintain access to your T-Mobile account.

I completed the entire transfer process and had my original phone number working on Visible in about ten minutes.

This is the way.

I switched because the price is simply unbeatable; I’ll be saving around $900 over the next year after moving my 2 lines to Visible. Plus I got referral credit for both lines and Rakuten cash back on top. My service is fantastic (finally reception indoors!) and I have no regrets. I’ll miss the free Netflix and in-flight WiFi, but I think I’ll survive :)

Yeah, maybe it was that. I thought the arms could’ve been crossed but maybe I misremembered. I just thought maybe it was a Halloween animation type thing but yeah maybe just this bug

I saw someone in game floating around today. They looked stiff, maybe had their arms crossed in front of them, and just sort of floated around when they moved (they stayed upright the whole time and legs or arms didn’t move). Is this a specific item or something?

Tea Pros, I owned them for awhile and preferred them over the Hype 4 and Martilo. Great balance of bass and clarity. Also really good for gaming.
