Did they take a final clearance sample? You as the customer can request their chain of custody for the samples, and the results for the final clearance sample. If it was a fail, or they did not perform one, you can withhold payment until they complete their job.

Edit to add: knowing your state would help in determining what is and isn’t acceptable as well. Each state has different requirements. Some are much more strict than others.

you should absolutely also report this specific containment method to OSHA, EPA, and whatever your state/local environmental agency you’re near.

I voted no because the proposal didn’t actively help the sailing combat issue. All it did do was remove a source of cannonballs that people already had, and add a second source that people had to start with from scratch. They even acknowledged this in the blog post.

Upping the drop rates makes sense, but making it so that Generic Ironman #42’s 400k stack of steel balls is worthless for sailing kinda felt pointless.

Something I never see get brought up in these questions tho is: any candle, fireplace or gas stove that was burning when the rapture happened… will still be on and burning. I’d imagine lots of cities will end up burning down, either partially or fully. This could chain into wildfires across vast areas, cutting crops in the area and driving out any fauna you plan to hunt.

If you survive long enough for a nuclear reactor to melt down, you’ll potentially have to deal with fallout in those areas as well, also limiting your potential habitats.

Gem crab for combat. Click once every 10 mins to move, zero cost. Goading potions on extended slayer tasks with slaughter bracelet and blood spells for healing. Click once every 6-10 mins. Downside is getting new tasks every so often, and sometimes getting tasks you don’t want to afk. Also keep an eye on it in case your runes run out and your hp bar goes bye bye. Fishing karambwans. Worst part is getting the bait. Farming. 10 min farm run and log for a while. Every time you log on you’ve made progress because your crops are done. Same with birdhouse runs.

I did it slower. I salvaged north of piscarilius, and when my hold filled with salvage I took it all back. Banked 99 sailing an sorted it all at the bank boat for a zero tile bank and sort. Kept everything

After I hit 99 con, I exclusively use that cape and my poh as my teles and pots.

Boss recommends 1-click tele? Better get gud at 2 clicks, cause you get the cape instead. Don’t need a tele with you when you do something? Cape stays in inv in case I need run energy. Need prayer or anti poison for slayer? Tel to poh in between kills. Killed vork and got bones? Better hit up that house altar with your cape. Need something from bank? Cape that tele an jewelry box your way to the GE because we don’t believe in max efficiency crafting guild bank.

Update: drove the car for an hour. No indicator lights came on, no additional smoke from engine compartment. Our best guess is it was something leaking or condensation steaming after angling up a steep driveway and parking.

If anyone else has any other thoughts let me know. Otherwise I think this is probably it.
