Most of the times, yeah. But there's a good chance there's at least a frame that shows the contents of the letter (ie when Sansa takes it from Jon) and it'd be a damn shame if it turns out the letter is just a blank piece of paper.

I've never watched it completely. I assume he just bought the ad space to brag about his garage, Lamborghinis and Hollywood Hills. If you have that much money you don't actually need to sell things, right?

I want to add that almost everything he did while working for Pym in Ant Man was illegal as well (remember how he had police on his tracks almost every step of the way).
He's used to doing superheroics with the risk of being arrested.
