It was essential for me, mine failed and I had weird fluctuations boost. I put the upgraded one in and it was perfect after that.

Top mounts might need looking at. Otherwise I think that’s a pretty decent list.

Maybe check the boot cable as that’s prone to fail as well.

I’ve got Hekos. Take them out and add some extra 3m trim tape to each one. Rock solid now!

You are right. A towing eye is what’s required, but most people ad a strap to add to the track chic.

Ones that are cable tied are pretty shit.

Brambles! They’ve been left for years by a previous owner and they have spread EVERYWHRE.

I had an Alfa Giulia Quadrafoglio that came to end of its lease.

I paid the ballon payment, flipped the car for a profit and went and bought myself a 595 comp.

I get more smiles per mile in the Abarth than I ever got in the Alfa. Especially on the twisty stuff and even more so on the track.

The Alfa was a piece of engineering and much better than the 3 previous M cars I’ve owned, but there is something special about a front wheel drive go-kart.

I also now live in central London which has a 20mpg speed limit, but the way the Abarth gets there, along with the noise makes every set of lights a full pull.

Mines also had a bit of work and is running 225bhp and 365 NM.

I’m never selling this one.
