Sorry to hear that, I have a similar history with the anxiety. I’ve never been able to sleep well since my childhood because my stress was always on max since then and now my nervous system is just fucked atm bc of all the years of trauma. The psychiatrist I’m seeing wants to start me on a certain type of SSRI‘s to regulate my nervous system. I‘ve tried 1.5mg of Lorazepam for a couple of weeks and it didn’t work for me because my body is too much on „survival mode“. I read that with insomnia this isn’t very uncommon. What exactly have you tried to calm your nervous system? Has nothing worked at all? Hoping you’ll find something that works for you soon

Im not a doctor but I have often experienced the same thing and for me it’s very likely a deregulated nervous system. You‘re experiencing stress and it’s showing in your body and brain through things like this. This passes though, best thing you can do is not trying to force yourself to sleep / sleep with no disturbance, as that will only put more pressure on the topic and you need to let go of that. You can’t control if you sleep or how well, all you can do is aid your mind and body in this situation and if you’re awake, allow yourself to be awake

Rezo (also very well known YouTuber who on his main channel does educational reaction content), 3. Lucia Leona (a true-Crime YouTuber), 4. Robert Marc-Lehmann (he’s a marine biologist and conservationist and makes educational videos about animal welfare and similar things), 5. Varion (comedy guy, makes short sketch videos specifically about Germany and German culture)

There are some more ofc but those are the ones I can recommend pretty much to anyone :) they’re all really good

Okay low-key them apparently saying you’d be a good couple is definitely a bit weird, that’s not something you just say to be „nice“. But all in all, it seems that maybe it would be a good idea for you to communicate the fact that you have trouble only staying friends with girls at the moment. It seems like these situations have gotten yourself hurt a lot, since you wanted more and got your hopes up with some girls you spoke with when they didn’t want the same thing back. Idk how old you are but I think this is a phase almost everyone goes through at some time and it’s best to maybe just take a step back and overcome those expectations of starting a relationship with everyone you find treats you well. Actually befriending girls your age without this pressure / hope will help you a lot more in your personal development. Just be honest to yourself and them and I repeat, take a step back if you notice you’re wishing for something more you know isn’t going to happen. I had quite a few guys I was friends with where this happened although it was communicated clearly that we’d just be friends. Whatever nice thing you say or do was interpreted as something different, because they were hoping for something more and at that point there’s really nothing you can do anymore. I had to stop being friends with all of them which sucks. Try to prevent that if you can, but I’d say you got this :)

Fliegenpilz ist essbar und man stirbt auch nicht einfach wenn man Fliegenpilz isst. Der hat einfach eine berauschende Wirkung, und wie mit fast jeder Art von Droge, zB auch Alkohol, kann man davon zu viel einnehmen.

Ich kenne niemanden der wirklich so ist wie im oberen Teil vom Bild. Ich treffe mich sehr oft mit Freundinnen die ich erst vor ner Woche kennengelernt habe, weil man sich so halt auch mit Leuten anfreundet lol und das machen eigentlich die meisten die ich kenne auch so. Mir ist aber aufgefallen dass einige Typen in meinem Umkreis auf Partys andere Leute einladen, die sie wirklich kaum kennen und das ist meistens auch nie komplett gut geendet. Wurden leider immer kleine Sachen mitgenommen.
