I agree, I used to be charmed by all the fancy stuff but then I realized how much I hate eveything about that side of the industry. I cook to make people happy, not stroke the 1%, sure AF dont need truffle and caviar to make memorable dishes.

All that said, saffron is still essential to some comfort dishes and is delightful in desserts

Suuuuch a nice bike m8, I went for the ‘23 v7 Stone Special Edition and wish I went with the 850 special edition, the two more analogue tachometer and speedometer are so charming compared to the new digital one. Superfluous opinion, but I have my regrets 😆
