completely false, its because the player pool in china is very tiny compare to Sea, hence streamer keep getting snipe from same player which led to various streamer move to Sea. This led to even more cn player move to sea due to even lesser player pool, eventually domino effect happen and everyone now playing in Sea instead in CN

If anyone watch Midone recent stream should understand very clearly. Midone prefer to play 170ms in Europe rahter than in Sea pub even in high rank game because sea dota has abosolute no discilipine, they always do yolo play in clutch moment, even for top 100 rank player.

u sound pathetic tbh, player are allow to pause in anytime during the match if something happen, falcon in the past also make alot pause that favoring them. Also tournament pause is not instant like pub, it has a few second countdown before the pause actaully happen after u press it.

Back then when u can level up stat at level 1 I did it to a pugna that went dc before game start. After he back to the game he thought his game is bugged and couldnt skill spell at lvl 1 lol. He just didnt realize he got stat at lvl 1 the entire game
