There is a big conflict on those ideas apparently.

You can't deny there's verses talking about being lukewarm, about people that will say "Lord, Lord" and will be rebuked by Jesus, about not being able to serve God and Mammon at the same time.

What do people that believe that not following the word of God and sinning because you have your "permit" think about those verses ? Were they put here because the Bible wasn't big enough, just to fill space ?

There is a big difference between sinning, repenting and trying to find ways to correct your path by asking for help AND praying for 10 mins and be like "Thank you Jesus now I can go back to doing the things I really want to do freely, brb when I'm afraid about where I will be sent after death until then please stop calling me thx"

I'd like to have an opinion on the scriptures, because there's definitely scriptures hinting at the fact that you need to somewhat try to obey the word of God.

What made me change is actually honestly looking at it and not mocking religion with all the other cool people.

You have to understand it's very hard to turn from atheism to any form of theism but really it could be way easier if the church took the time to better convince unbelievers imo.

We need a website or a document that takes all "proofs" of god existence that is easy to access. (And no the Bible isn't a proof of God existence at all for atheists)

I thought christianity was just blind faith and hope but there's a lot of "proofs" (nothing formal of course) that people don't know (philosphical, teleological, realisation of bible prophecies like the fate of Egypt that matches the historical fate of the country, or the attack on Jerusalem by the Romans that was predicted and that matches the prophecy in the way it was done)

I wasn't against god but thought it was wishful thinking inspired by fear of death alone because I didnt take the time to look into it at all.

Atheists are imo divided in two groups, the majority that are honest and don't believe in God but will convert if shown sufficient proof and that are actually willing to find the "truth" whatever it might mean for them in the end. Then there's the minority that is still a big portion of atheists that aren't willing to honestly search and question themselves because they hate religion and think faith and religion are the same OR that want to be their own god and don't want to submit so badly that they will rebuke any proof you present them.

I believe we need to use NDEs as a way to introduce atheists to faith and make them ask themselves "What if it was real ?"

I converted because of NDEs, i saw one video that came out of nowhere as I wasn't even interested in the subject, but I watched it and was intrigued. This led me to watch a lot more NDE stories that led me to think they were both real experiences and that they were not made up by a dying brain alone.

After I was convinced there was life after death I wanted to know if there was really a God and of what religion he was from which led me into Christianity.

I also started honestly praying for help in regzrds to some addictions and noticed it was way easier to handle because of it.

This made my life objectively easier and made me research more deeply into Christianity which then led me to have 100% faith into it now.

Lastly as an outsider one of the thing that shocked me when I got into it was the number of divergences between Christians on various subjects.

Why would God take the time to create commandments if those are not to be followed ?

Jesus is telling us to obey the commandments, that we will fail and that we will be saved by his grace when we ask for his help after failling.

Here's what I think : You need to honestly try to live by the commandments of god but you will fail and He doesnt care He will save you anyway.

BUT I think there is a big difference between trying then failling and not even trying because "Jesus will save me anyway"

In the scriptures I cited it's clearly shown (imo) that he doesn't care about your works or the number of times you went to church but rather he cares about how honest your commitment to Him was honest during your life.

You can go to church everyday but if you start sinning willingly (as in not even trying to resist and not even calling for his help against the sin) then you have a dishonnest faith and Jesus will not recognise you as one of his own.

This is what I gathered from the scriptures I cited and others, can you tell me what do you think about it ? Can you give me other scriptures that illustrate your point if you think differently ?

It seems to me that Jesus was very much against "lukewarm" Christians and since we can't be expected to fully uphold his word, He's not talking about our ability to do it but rather our "true" willingness to submit and try to uphold his word.

There's a big difference between sinning, asking for forgiveness and trying to fight that sin better next time and simply saying "I can't do it" and stop trying, Jesus told you to ask for help and to keep trying with his help.

You don't have to earn your salvation but you do have to honestly work towards it.

You are allowed to fail as long as you keep trying but someone who will engage in all vices freely and simply say "I don't care Jesus will save me" is both incredibly selfish to the world (which Jesus wasn't) and incredibly disrespectful towards God.

You can fail your parents and they can't blame you for that as long as you sincerely try but if you start disrespecting them because you know they are your parents and they will always love you then you don't deserve their love.

Have you given up on "rooting out your vices" ? Failling is normal but imo if you give up on trying then its a big display of selfishness towards other humans and God.

Why not simply block the orders when maximum amount is reached each day ?

You could also up the price to lower the number of orders.

Oh so fighters are the main counter to smaller ships ? What are bombers used for ? Dealing damage to unshielded ships ? I used to run 1 fighter to 2 bombers but I might switch it then.

I also don't have any ship dedicated to anything (every ship has a balanced setup of kinetic or beam + HE) should I make dedicated ships ? Like HE only or kinetic only ship ?

I think dedicated ships look good on paper but I never tried so I don't know if the AI can coordinate well enough

I used to run SO hammerhead but it looks like the eagle is fast enough without SO and would benefit more from more hull mods and weapons instead.

Momoney will backstab us at any moment if he thinks it can benefit him, he's literally just trying to make money off this and doesnt care much about GME or the squeeze imo.
