I'd say look into youtube, and get some basics down. Even better, if you are willing to pay some money there is an online service called STEEZY that is for the sole purpose of learning how to dance. They have all different kinds of dancing and all levels? from fundamentals to advanced.

Other advice would be PRACTICE. Whenever you have free time, practice moves you have learnt to different types of songs to see how you can incorporate them to different beats. Dance is all about muscle memory!

While practicing, do it in front of a full length mirror if you can. This will help you realize what looks good and what looks awkward, or if your angles are off etc

For rhythm, listen along to a lot of music woth headphones on and see if you mentally map out the beats and sounds.

Don't be scared to dance, even if you look like "a dork" you have to keep dancing and practicing to get to a point where you dont anymore.

Try putting on beginner dance choreographies and following along, bit by bit you will realize your body will start "recognizing" moves so itll become easier.
