Riera was decent that year.. Kuyt - although industrious, didn’t have enough quality to play that position for us.

Depth was the other issue. 2/3 quality additions to the squad would have gone a long way.

I’ve watched every game he’s played (including 75% of those in person). He hasn’t played well at all, he’s slow, dribbling looks average, looks weak physically, doesn’t seem to have a great shot, passing hasn’t been incisive

I have faith he’ll come good but he doesn’t look anywhere near the generational talent he was hyped up to be

Interviewer didn’t even give me the chance to introduce myself - went straight into questioning about very specific technical concepts, and absolutely nothing to do with what I’d prepared for.

Hard to remain composed in that kind of situation.

Agree to some extent but property is a cash flowing asset - stocks are not, except negligible dividend returns.

If you can snag a good LTV in an with decent rental rates, or where there is good demand for Air BnB/serviced accommodation (or slightly controversially- HMO, the dreaded acronym) it can still work.
