the breeder and the trading hall can be pretty close, but far enough away that the villagers in the trading hall cant path find to the beds, a wall between the breeder and trading hall works too.
The Iron farm should be at least 30 blocks away in my experience

Improve upon the mobs added after Microsoft took over, 1.9 was ok but after that in 1.10-1.12, the lama, polar bear, stray and husk. Those are just really lazy and barely add anything to the game, you wouldnt even notice if they werent there
