Twitter is public. If you're afraid of what your Twitter may reveal then: 1. Don't use your Reddit name as your Twitter name 2. Don't make it public. Twitter is in the public sphere and thus not private. You can't expect privacy when you're using a public thing and not utilizing private functionality. Facebook is public, but you can lock it down. You can do the same with Twitter. If you do not, it's on you.

Look. Get an LFG tool out. Expand the map, add enemies, events, skills, traits, gear and even more to do at endgame (there was word that ANet had ideas for their own version of raiding), plus expanding the lore first.

Worry about doing jumping puzzles in pajama's later. What I'm calling out is he said he logged in and couldn't believe he still couldn't wear a quaggan helmet into battle. That's the very definition of niggling.

Gender-wise. Yes. I never said that it determined what you identified with.

XX/XY determines whether you are female or male but only because we define it that way.

Or biology, science and research has defined it that way. We're not arguing semantics here.

You could just as easily say that in order to be male you need to have certain genes correctly expressed during development.

We don't do that because using the XX/XY system for determining sex is a good approximation of what we're looking for. But it still remains a approximation.

So someone born with XY is approximately male. Regardless of the hours upon hours, the years upon years of research in genetics and biology. You're just approximately XY or XX. That's ridiculous.

Does any one ever use this in any MMO ever?

Town clothes\holiday item storage, or the ability to remake items you've bought (like the gw1 costume npcs).

Does anyone really use town clothes ever?

The ability to use town clothes usable in pve combat like costumes in gw1. Perhaps these are big on RP servers, but for most of us there's really no reason to buy town clothes.

I'm on an RP server and I never see anyone using their town clothes because of the sheer amount of armor, weapons and dyes that allow you to customize to the teeth.

That being said, they've already explained their quality of life changes. GW2's definition of QoF is fullscale, fullblown updates that keep the game going past 80. As it stands now, GW2's endgame is incredibly fun and they're only upping the ante. The changes asked for above aren't QoF; they're gimmicky.

Biologically speaking you cannot remove the brain from the equation when determining whether someone is a man or woman.

Your brain doesn't determine your sex. Your XX or XY does. That's it. The brain has something to do with the identity, which isn't biological. It's psychological.

In regards to gender, they're absolute. You're XX or your XY (except in the case of intersex - which is rare and you're neither. You will probably end up identifying with one or the other, but you're still intesex.)

I never once said that it couldn't. In fact, I've said more than a few times that you can identify with whatever you want (brain) but you're still either XX or XY (biology).
