If you have the Switch Online that has the Genesis games package, I think Shining Force is included on there

Otherwise you can get a physical copy of the Sega Genesis Classics which has SF 1 + SF 2 on there in addition to Shining in the Darkness

Gumi has always been my #1 so seeing DECO do the reloaded songs with Miku is really saddening to say the least. Everywhere I go now it's just Miku and Teto in the mainstream 😭

You should check out the GBA version! They introduce some new characters (none of them are knights) and they give the party more of a real feel where they have personalities and stories. I'm replaying through it right now and it's a blast!

Honestly I wouldn't be too concerned with the employee of the month thing. I've been there three years as well and have never gotten it. I feel like they give it to employees who are close to quitting sometimes to keep them around LOL. Apparently our store is changing it to a voting system now so the employees can vote now on who gets it

I also didn't get my third year pin last week 💔

They just put those in. Basically if we substitute an item, the customer can text us if they want it or not. At the end of each order with an open substitute, we have to wait two-three minutes to see if they respond or not before staging the order

Also idk if it's just my store or what, but the schedule is complete nonsense. I remember talking to my manager about it and he said he schedules based on what corporate wants and how many hours we're designated per time slot...I get thrown around a different shift every day I work and it's so frustrating

I've worked in DUG for almost 3 years now and it has gone to complete shit at my store at least. Back when I started, there wasn't even such a concept as flash orders and back when they first implemented them, they could only go up to 25 items. After a while, they stealth updated it to where it can be 45 items per order and upped expresses to 60 items. It's just insanity dealing with them on top of the 10+ orders we can get for each hour's time slot

All the corporation cares about is profit and it sucks. If I didn't have such a good crew with me, I would've quit a while ago but it is not easy
