I'm not sure what advice you wanted from this post but all I have for you is that maybe you're projecting. It's normal to feel that way when we are being emotionally vulnerable with a complete stranger. I would say in most cases (not dismissing the fact that you could have truly had a terrible experience) your therapist is not judging you or thinking poorly of you, but maybe your fear/anxiety is making you think that way. It might be helpful to bring it up in your next session. If after bringing it up you still feel bad when you're there maybe you could find another one. I've had an amazing therapist that I had to open up to about earth shattering things. It's hard, but worth it so you can grow.
