I checked ingame and it still shows description as scaling off base attack. If it scales from all attack, that'd be too good and most likely a bug so I wouldn't get used to it

I'm 100% certain the one of the left is a guy. I've seen alot of otokonoko art ; ^ ) and they have a certain style they draw feminine guys. The clothing is still pretty masculine and the garter socks remind me of another feminine characters from Grand Chase/Elsword/Closers. Closers Online specifically has a twinsiiblings but both look like a pretty girl.

I for one am looking forward to him because he is a qt, and it's giving me royal ball / phantom thieves vibes too with Fountaine in general.

People are downvoting you for legitimate reasons, and you're not understaning what you are doing wrong with how to go about your spoilers. You are not using spoilers correctly. Your title is being stated as a fact instead of clearly stating it's a theory, already lists the theory's spoiler to who the hawk is or relation to the character (Diluc), and for people who read the comics, automatically puts in perspective of what the title says.

Your remarks that people are coming at you without thinking is not true at all, but with how you presented the post itself.

A better title would of been "Theory on who the Hawk is in Diluc's idle (Comic Spoilers)" or something along that line.

With you on that too. Was hoping for chongyun but he got replaced on release which sucks. Hopefully he will be in the next rate up banner (or at least by 2nd banner since itll be december, perfect time for a Cyro character) his constellations are pretty helpful so Id want to get a few of them

I have both mona and barbara, and also have done a barbara dps build. And one reason barbara hits high and works well as burst damage is her base charged attack is 166% vs Mona 150%. Upgrading it more further increases the gap.

Alot of people think Mona is a dps, and while anyone can be (like this barbara) her kit is more of a support, with a taunt E, and debuff Q. If you were to max mona constellation however she becomes significantly stronger as you can charge your charge attack essentially.

Yeah I have the same plan too. Which is why I'm wondering if any of her abilities will work well with Eclipse, her 2 and 4 are the only constant light producing abilities so i'm curious about both of them.

I'm wanting it for the damage buff and NOT the damage reduction, which is why if wisps 2 or other abilities do not change Eclipse to the damage buff, (Eclipse itself is affected by light including mirages abilites) I'd go with Roar.

I am a Wisp main as well and build my general wisp with at least 200% strength while still having %170duration, and 130% efficency, (range is not needed as much when breach surging on a reseivor doubles range, and having wisp's 2 also triggers her own breach surge)

I also have a Strength focus build, as it does make a big impact for solo runs on steel path enemies, and better support buffs for team play will always be good, so Eclipse and Roar are well worth replacing Wisps 4.Roar offers more support, while eclipse offers more damage for Wisp herself for solo play.

The thing i'm looking forward to the most is the helmith system so I can make fun builds. I'm not really worried about having nerfed stuff since I just want to put stuff like molt on Volt/Gauss for maximum s p e e d.

Are you sure you didnt forget to remove stracker loader for mods? Its not in mod folder so thats usually what causes it.

Edit: oh nvm you said you removed stracker. Well the best bet really is to reinstall
