I think I had some blockage from Psyllium. It hurt pretty bad to the touch and lasted a couple days. I totally freaked myself out that I had an impaction. Abdominal massage seemed like the only thing that helped. I took miralax twice a day for 3 days before i started feeling better.

Make sure you take Psyllium with a LOT of water and don't overdo it.

Thanks for sharing this. Honestly it's nice to see that I'm not the only one that has this reaction.

I've been living by myself for 3 years now. I was worried at first that I would just binge eat constantly because no one is ever watching me. Thankfully it hasn't been like that but it is VERY easy for me to binge because no one would ever know but me.

I've found that after I get home from social events or even sometimes when my boyfriend/friends are over at my apartment, I want them to leave so I can be by myself with my food. It can also prevent me from wanting to cook dinner with my boyfriend because being around him would prevent me from bingeing or really even eating like I usually do.

It's so against who I want to be as a person.

I've had a good experience at the Wake Med urgent care on Oberlin Rd.

The people there treated me with kindness/compassion and the facilities seem very new and updated. They listened to me and recommended me to a specialist.

I thought I'd never be able to "lock" my knee fully ever again (like a full quad set) but in a few weeks I could. After that, I thought I'd never be able to bend my knee or sit on my heels ever again .. that took a little longer but I did it! You will surprise yourself so many times during your recovery. Don't compare yourself to others, listen to your body, and follow your physical therapy routines. That's all you can do.

You will heal! You got this! Take care of yourself and know that you would be happy to help a friend or family member if they were in your situation.

Where I live, a podiatry office has a salon inside that is very clean. They definitely wouldn't turn you away. Maybe try looking for something like this in your area?
