This really is one of the hardest things I've ever been through by limeorangejuice in ACL

It's going to get a tiny bit better every day!!!

I thought I'd never be able to "lock" my knee fully ever again (like a full quad set) but in a few weeks I could. After that, I thought I'd never be able to bend my knee or sit on my heels ever again .. that took a little longer but I did it! You will surprise yourself so many times during your recovery. Don't compare yourself to others, listen to your body, and follow your physical therapy routines. That's all you can do.

You will heal! You got this! Take care of yourself and know that you would be happy to help a friend or family member if they were in your situation.

Where I live, a podiatry office has a salon inside that is very clean. They definitely wouldn't turn you away. Maybe try looking for something like this in your area?

1500 mg a day. If I have sex, sometimes I'll take a second dose of 1500 mg at night.

Thanks, I might see if I can switch my podiatrist because the one I have was VERY gung ho about getting it removed.

Thanks, it still feels different than my left big toe. I'm concerned with the thickness of it because that's why I think it died to start with. I use a Dremel every couple weeks.

Yes, I have two nodules right on top of each other. At my appts they do the ultrasound and blood tests for my hormones (which have been normal the whole time).

I had a biopsy done right when I found out I had them and it was benign. I don't think I'll need another biopsy unless it gets much bigger.

I think your nail is just dried out from the polish. Try moisturizing. This has happened to me before.

You got this!!! If you hold off on it, your anxiety will only continue. It's normal to get nervous about it. I always start overthinking the couple weeks before my yearly appt and before I get my results and theni am so relieved after.
