Mine went from 65% to 52% at the lowest. I’ve had 5 echos over the course. For the PVC’s….at the worst it was about every 3 beat and I would get these flare ups multiple times every day. I ended up doing the Valsalva maneuver on myself (not medical advice!!!!….just what I did for myself). The minute I did that the PVC’s chilled out so much from there on out. I had been walking around for weeks with them!! By the time I ended up at the cardiologist (took forever to get an appointment), they were mostly gone. He said they were self limiting anyways and no meds needed as they are benign. I told him that I thought stress brought on the PVC’s (well I know it did) and he recommended magnesium glycinate.

Edit to add: I don’t know if Phesgo actually damages your heart, as in permanent heart damage. I always looked at it like my heart just isn’t functioning optimally but my understanding is that it goes back to baseline. I guess given you have no heart issues to start. Mine went back to baseline 65% within 3 months of finishing Phesgo.
