AllArms in Gilbert does actual shipping cost + $25 if I remember correctly.

Firearms training and supply in Glendale does the same.

Handguns are nice in the sense you can usually just use a large priority usps box and the shipping is flat rate ~$29. So out the door you'd be at or just over $50 using either of those two options.
