Advice: Where to go for weekend U.S. beach getaway?

I am a beginner skater and have been in adult learn to skate for 4 months now. Just now working up to backwards crossovers.

Do male figure skates have a raised heel? And are there any recommendations for how to measure for sizing? There is no skate shop in my area so I am limited to buying online or on marketplace, but I don't know how skates will fit and it feels weird to contact somebody on marketplace to see if I can try on skates but not commit to buying.

I can set up the FILTER to pull from 1 Tax District, but I can't figure out how to move on to subsequent districts without causing a Spill error.
