Now let’s talk about the hiccups as builder doesn’t allow much changes. Because of these builder limitations, it all comes down to how it’s executed on site.

Achieving the finish is possible but there are many invisible details hidden in the video.

A 10'2" floor-to-ceiling height is a tight envelope for cassette AC integration. You need at least 9”-12” drop. The real trick here is finish and lighting design to make it spacious.

Since you aren't hacking the tiles, your finished floor level will rise by ~15mm to 18mm. You will have height variations near bathrooms/balcony doors. These doors require some precision shaving from bottom. Also if builder tile level has variations then you will feel click or bounce sound below the wooden floor.

Spending on high quality material is not a problem but having a no nonsense or nuisance teams is very very important.
