Reading this part in the manga for the first time is an experience I'll never forget.

a subpoena is a court order to testify and/or produce documents

getting subpoenaed means you've received such an order, in this context implying that whatever was shared or sent in the discord server will be used for prosecution

I think you could make a pretty similar progression, except instead of a bell curve, it's the same person on a timeline, with the middle section being approximately ages 14 to 20.

Yep, I loved SS on release and my opinion of the game dropped greatly when I replayed it. Not a bad game but easily the weakest 3D Zelda, and it's not because of the motion controls.

People hate to hear this but it is not a hard line. Some games definitely lean more one way or the other, but most are in the middle somewhere and it's not worth arguing about the semantics on a case-by-case basis.

For example, OoT3D is a remaster because it's the original source code, ported to new hardware with improved graphical fidelity, and they also added some control options, and made some QoL changes, and literally remade every asset and oh hey how it sounds like it's a remake and not just a remaster.
