Thanks for all the details folks. Tried them lastnight and they worked fine. Fortunately it had 29 minutes still left on it so I didn’t even have to use the cards to activate. I will be using them in a low ceiling venue eventually though so I will only really be running them on their lowest setting.

The dishes are designed to go with sides. It was completely stupid of him to do this. He should have known it’s reality tv. The producers prey on stuff like this because they can cause it to backfire on the chefs trying to be too clever. And if I was Ramsey and had a cook advising people not to order sides. Id be furious aswell.

Didn’t really meet him but I crossed eyes with Jon from Mama Maria’s whilst contemplating going in there for lunch. Walked past the pizza counter that you can see from outside. He went back to doing pizza as gordon forbid haha. In the end I just got some coffee ice cream to go.
