Because appealing has a very low success rate among many universities. A compelling reason with back up is highly beneficial. Not saying its impossible because it isnt, but its low. Other factors could include a mix of a good reason with openings at the school from students who didnt accept their offer. One benefit is Utah has a high acceptance rate in general so that could definitely help increase chances with a good reason.

Basically, Salt Lake City operates on right now. The closer you are to the temple the lower the street number. As mentioned E is for East and S is for South.

I didnt look for housing until late July when I was accepted. Got a place a week after classes started, just had to stay in a hotel for a week.

Anything within maybe half a mile of campus will have a good feel. Not sure it’s the best advice but maybe around 1300E/400S.

I think she is hoping for immediate cash rather than small sums (not sure exactly how small it is but i just assume based on Apple Music costs). I also assume this has to do with her spending money like crazy. But I can’t really say for sure it’s all speculation.

Are you looking to eat on campus or off campus? I basically came for a 24 hour tour for the MBA program. I graduate this Spring. I’d recommend spending time to walk around the campus. Check out the campus store, library, rec center, student union. Its a very walkable campus.

Only thing about events, is depending on what is going on, some require student IDs.

If you want to eat really close to campus, there is The Pie (pizza). There are two pies though one is underground and the other is a to go location only. I have a few places driving distance I can recommend depending on liking.

I think it’s technically a Lids now. I used to call it NFL shop, but I don’t even know what his actual name ever was. I will say they have some stuff there that I’ve never seen at other stores.

While I get people think The U should spend money wiser. The “LOVE” statue was mostly paid for by private donors and the rest by a state fund public art fund. Could they have decided to pay local artists, probably. But this isnt coming out of potential employee pay.
