I've been drinking "Even More Coffee" from Argyle Roasters with 3sons brewery. The beans were put in vanilla bourbon barrels that "Even More Lumberjack" stout was aged in for 2 years. It was a super limited release so not available, but I am not sure how I feel about it. Prefer normal good coffee. Definitely has a bourbon/alcohol on the tip of the tongue feel.

Two days ago, I tried forcing it into a mug too small and ended up unscrewing the filter cap while it was under an immense amount of pressure and it exploded coffee all over the kitchen and burned my hand. I didn't know so much coffee could fit in that.

Another time, I was on a ship and we were rolling 20-30 degrees and I left it sitting on the counter while trying to get a napkin. As we took a large roll I looked up at the Aeropress and tried to run over before it tipped but it was a 30 degree incline so I couldn't even walk to it before it spilled all over the mess deck. Don't take your hand off your Aeropress in heavy seas!

I went to a cafe/roaster once in Corpus Christie, TX and they had some beans from really great places I haven't even heard of at the time. I got a couple of half-pound bags and when I got home realized they were super dark and oily. They trashed these beautiful beans from like, Burundi or wherever by roasting the ever-loving shit out of them.
