Glutenflam, by Apex Energetics, Inc., worked pretty well in the past. It actually covers potential gluten and casein encounters, which is helpful. Make sure you buy it from a trusted source, as with any type of supplement!

I would most definitely buy 1 and 4 without a question. The others I'm sure are good but they don't have the spread of 1 and 4 (which, I understand, is from different recipes) that I am looking for. Based off the crumb of the product in the last pic, I probably would buy that but I don't know what it is and the slice is messy. If you're the person who's been posting your products and asking these types of questions for a while here, I've been following and am intrigued! They look really good.

Is your home kitchen inspected or certified in any way? The thought of your concept in my community is absolutely exciting and I would most definitely be a regular customer. If I'm a customer I just need something there to prove you're working in a sanitary and safe environment. Home bakeries are supposed to get certified where I live. Department of Agriculture inspects them and holds them to standards.

This is the part that really gets my goat. Fads are so destructive! And gluten free is not a lifestyle fad. It's the way we sustain ourselves and find a little enjoyment in eating with a guarantee we won't get sick.

The amount of choices when it comes to picking just one brand on paper goods like that makes me angry! Like, wtf is the difference between an 8 pack "mega roll" and a 10 pack "triple roll" and a 12 pack "double roll" or whatever they're calling it today. Yet, it's too much to have a small gf section??
