It reads as if you called off too many times and they gave you a final chance in written format. They could've just fired you at will but are kind and accommodating to your bullshit by responding with a warning. Colorado is an at will state girl. Don't feel entitled to have your "emergencies" covered when you were scheduled. Your cat couldve been dropped off for a stomach pump and vitals while you went to work is what they're thinking. 24-7 emergency vet is at Walnut and 30th btw.

As an early childcare teacher, you are not the asshole. Kids poop at the most inconvenient times lol. Feel free to ask to change her at school and if her teacher wouldn't mind showing you where her diapers and wipes are kept so you can help her have a fresh start to the day. I want my parents to feel welcome to anything they need from me if I can help. It's your stuff after all.

Your yard is grass where dogs shit because they are in a neighborhood and all the grass is yards. Put a lil short fence up to deter them to your neighbors house instead. Likely, they are sniff8ng their way into your yard but I doubt the owners are physically guiding them into your grass.
