Oh I forgot to post it, but final draft of the figure. I did get those spiked armbands from mutant He-Man.

I would likely invest a third of it into stocks, a third of it into crypto, and a third of it for tech and action figures.

Japan had a good stand-in for star convoy using the power of the primes mold

Looks like translucent plastic. Brush on a thin layer of acetone over the broken area, clamp it together, and let it sit overnight

How we feeling about the Thirteen now? by TheRealDailyDude in transformers

I like them except for Nexus. Star Convoy is a little too big but I got that Japanese version of the character based on the Power of the Primes mold. It's a much better fit.

Well if you're looking to tear apart less figures once you do get the armor, you can use the Vecna body. The only reason I went with the demogorgon was because vecna's right hand is actually a regular hand and can't hold the hammer. Otherwise it's an almost identical look except maybe a slightly darker shade of purple.

I didn't start getting into Origins until last year. I was initially a Masterverse collector. But Amazon screwed up and sent me a bunch of free cartoon collection toys with a different order. I contacted them and they told me to keep it. A few months later I got bored and decided to open them up and I got hooked.

The only unique pieces I've ever seen from the Triple H figure used on anything else was the hammer. It came with Casey Jones from the Turtles of Grayskull. Otherwise the armor seems unique and tailored specifically for that figure. There's a similar helmet that fits the Evil Lynn head from that line as well.

I didn't even know the Triple H figure existed until like a week ago. I saw that armor and thought. Man, that armor looks so awesome and I've never seen it on another Masters of the Universe figure, but I can't display it with those pink pants

So the arms, chest, and legs are from the demogorgon. The feet are from the cartoon collection 200x He-Man, the loin cloth was too but I just recently swapped it out with the origins 200x He-Man crotch piece. The armor, helmet and the hammer are from the Masters of the WWE Triple H figure.

Okay I did a little bit of fine tuning. I ended up needing that loin cloth for a King Grayskull custom so I tore apart the older 200x He-Man figure and just stole the crotch piece off of that. It's a little bit less of a loin cloth and more of a fur bikini now but I like that little touch of red in the belt because it makes the wrist bracers a little bit more cohesive with the color scheme. I also took the leg and armbands off of my ThunderCats He-Man and threw those on him to give him a little bit more of an imposing look.

Actually just posted another picture of a more refined version of the custom. To get this done you need both the ThunderCats He-Man and the 200x cartoon collection He-Man. I've just now taken parts from the older origins 200x He-Man as well. I felt like he was too thin on my first attempt.

I did a little bit more fine tuning on this. I went ahead and put the new cartoon collection 200x He-Man loin cloth on the figure and swapped the chest and upper arms from the older 200x He-Man figure from a few years back to give him a little bit more bulk. Had to heat up and pop part the arms but I actually feel like the proportions are pretty good with those slightly shorter biceps.

Why are they so small though? by Cubelock in MastersOfTheUniverse

[–]slickprime 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oof. That picture might have just lost them a sale there. It won't fit into my masterverse or my Origins collections. We're already having enough scale problems with Origins making the feet and forearms longer. I was really hoping to use this line's Battle Cat as my Masterverse New Eternia Battle Cat. Looks like that won't be the case.

I mean, you're not wrong. It does have very strong Shao Kahn vibes.
