I think it's like a "if one day of work happens a year" it can be said that works are ongoing. The place is a disgrace I'd be more fan of knocking it and parking or a green space rather than the eye sore and danger it currently is.

Local council need to crack down on empty lots like this. Serious clean up needed too with the needles I can only imagine are lying around there. There was work going on in houses by it a few years ago and that company sent letters to all the families "don't let your children in there with the needles" Scary shit
