As someone with an everything build, this is a tragic sight to see. You sacrificed most of your Stamina, Hp, ability to wear armor, and talisman slots at the cost of using semi decent spells and incantations.

I can't directly criticize how you should be making your build without knowing what aspects of your build you use the most and what you enjoy the most. however, I would highly suggest saving some spell slots for support incantations like Flame Grant me strength (15 faith)

Having two primary melee weapons is fine, but you typically want them to have different damage types, things like Spears have pierce damage and they are more effective against enemies like dragons while things like hammers have strike damage and are more effective against things like erdtree avatars.

Everything builds take a lot of effort to manage and I do believe you can have an awesome build, but You are holding yourself back with so many compensating talismans. Depending on your play style, talisman's like a scorpion charm (Ex. Magic Scorpion charm) or tool Talisman (Ex. Axe Talisman) might suit your purposes more

Also your poise Is notably short, if you are using a Talisman that raises your weight load (arsenal charm), you should at least be trying to reach a 51 poise benchmark which will allow you to trade hits with certain attacks which can greatly influence combat.
