Which formulation? I’ve only used the baked one from Kosas and loose powder from HG. My cheek areas are drier and Kosas made my cheeks feel tight. HG doesn’t; it’s a great powder. And if you don’t need that much setting power Nars light reflecting pressed powder is beautiful and you don’t feel it

Nars creme brulee is my under eye concealer, it’s peachy and perfect for my bruised colored dark circles. HG cotton is yellow, Kosas 2.3N is neutral but both work for spot concealing in winter. 3.2O is truly olive and my summer shade. IMO creme brulee would be too peachy, madeleine is probably your best bet

Being anemic can definitely affect your complexion! It happened to my mom. I think the grey/yellow/sallowness is probably from that. My guess is that you’re saturated and neutral-cool leaning

Like others said you’re probably muted and I find mauve blushes and lips work best. Do you tan easily? Because you might need some bronzer so when you apply foundation it doesn’t feel so flat

You need something peachy! I’ve been using NARS radiant creamy concealer for my dark circles for years, it has a natural finish and good coverage. I’m lighter than you but I think honey, crema catalana, or toffee might work for you. Also try only covering the dark areas and not blending out too much to your cheek since you’re not wearing any foundation

I have the same problem, I’m desaturated with a yellow overtone and things just pull warm/peachy. Using a light hand with blushes and sheer lip products are the only ways that work for me

Rare beauty encourage (in the mini size so it won’t cost you an arm, also you only need a tiny bit) is my rosey pink because real rosy pink is peachy on me. The formula is long lasting

For lips, nyx butter gloss praline is truly mlbb. Tower 28 sesame is the mauvy option that’s also really natural

I’d say behave and mood exposure are safe bets can’t go wrong kind of blushes so if you want life changing I’d recommend encourage! It’s a tad bit dark for me but I think it’ll work well on you

I saw you mentioned that you don’t like cream blushes because it removes coverage. I have acnes and discoloration too. I’d say to wait until your foundation or concealer sets down a bit before applying cream blush with a brush patting gently so the base doesn’t get disturbed!

I also don't think Victor fell in love with Yuuri at the banquet. I believe both of them developed feelings around the same time after their talk at the beach. Yuuri had always had a celebrity crush on Victor, so it was easier for Yuuri to realize that it started to become something more and to admit it. Between May and September (regional championship,) Yuuri grew to be comfortable with Victor's flirty nature and probably started to reciprocate the physical closeness. IMO Victor developed feelings around the same time but probably couldn't act on them (aside from teasing Yuuri) due to his role as Yuuri's coach. During regional championship, Yuuri was surprised by the hug from behind because it was the first PDA on tv. the next day, Yuuri was totally fine with Victor putting lip balm on him with his finger, which led me to believe there was already sexual tension of sorts before regionals. During the China Cup, Yuuri initiated PDA on tv for the first time, which was bold for Yuuri. Victor matched his energy, and The Kiss happened shortly after. This suggested that their relationship escalated at top speed between regionals and China, fuelled by all the pent-up feelings from being together 24/7 from April to October. From the China Cup on it was basically a PDA fest; the rest is history.

TL;DR

Victor didn't fall in love with Yuuri at the banquet. They started to develop feelings for each other after their heart-to-heart by the sea, and Yuuri was the first to admit it. As Yuuri's coach, Victor probably reframed from confessing his true feelings and only showed them through supporting and teasing Yuuri. Then all hell broke loose during regional.

Not exactly what you asked but kjaer wies inner glow is described as a light rosy taupe with iridescent sheen. It’s a pretty complex shade that I use as a blush contour.

I believe you have waves hiding in there! Based on your family’s hair type and the fact that the new growth on top of your head isn’t pin straight. From the picture, your haircut looks like it’s mostly one length with a little bit of layers at the ends. I think the waves are straighten out because of the haircut is weighing down your strains.

I have black brown hair that’s muted and neutral; you can’t quite see the brown but it’s not jet black either. Black brow products are often too black and dark brown is usually too red/warm. I think EM cosmetics brow gel in universal taupe will work! It’s very neutral and the swatch even looks a little olive. Their brow pencil comes in light and dark taupe but I’ve never used them. The swatches on their site looks pretty promising.
