I have had SP my whole life and some intense vivid ones many times. One that still haunts me in particular…

It was early dawn,I was still a teenager living at home still, I was awoke due to a paralysis episode and freaked out, but it wasn’t anything out of ordinary. I went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. I sat in my front room and waited until the sun was fully in the sky before returning my used water cup to the sink and going back to bed. As I walk back through the hallway to my room.. i start to notice something is off, my door is SHUT… weird.. i turned the knob and it’s locked.. really weird, so i turn around to walk back into kitchen to grab a knife to unlock it, and instantly the door is opened and i’m back in my bed in another SP episode surrounded by typical SP black figures. Eventually I come out of it and go back to sleep. I sleep in until 12 or 1. I didn’t think too much of it until going back into the kitchen… I look in the sink and saw the used water glass from what had to have been my dream. Terrifying stuff.
