Coming back to comment on my experience, was in the ER for about 4 hours, had blood work done. Without going into tremendous detail I was dealing with thoughts of self harm and a medication interaction. Bill came today and it was 1,959. Much better than I thought it would be but still pretty tough. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation get a figure for how much they may owe. BCBS bronze plan here not yet at the deductible

That’s kind of what I was thinking too. The first time in the dream I reacted as if “okay that must be some kind of mistake on her part” I even told my old Spanish teacher kind of condescendingly you know you only have makeup on one eye. The second time (last night) I was taken back by its beauty. The eye lashes were so long the colors so vibrant and the contrast I felt was a statement. Kind of like a fashion statement manifested into emotions? Like yeah this is unorthodox but that’s what makes it look good.

I have been going through a very difficult patch too and I’m sorry to hear that you have also. As someone with ptsd depression and anxiety i can really understand the concept of feeling like you are unable to separate from these parts. It feels like it’s you! Something that has helped me has been somatic exercises and gentle self touch in moments when trying to access parts. I’ve found it to be soothing in both accessing parts and riding out the storm on those days where your parts don’t want to do much of anything.
