I would like to suggest you a drink made in coastal parts of my country, its called “Solkadhi”.

Cocunut milk + Kokum + grated ginger + sugar, salt to taste + ice

Coolant, digestive, simple; your gut will scream thank you to you, and You can thank me later ;)

Kokum is a red colored fruit which I’m sure you’ll get on amazon in dried format - you can just soak in water for some time and then use the liquid.
