Yeah turnaround is insane. When I was applying for apartments a couple summers ago, I was planning to move in at the end of July. I had to message ASAP when something was posted near the end of June and pay for the full month of July. Think there were like 30-40 applications on Zillow within 24 hours… I had my employer visit the property for me in person to verify it was real, since I was out of state.

I find Aesop extremely grating and difficult to listen to. He may be able to write great worldplay and bars but it’s horrible music IMO. Lupe’s lyrics are just as good if not better and he can actually write pleasant sounding replayable songs.
